Cancellation & Return Policy

You have the option to cancel the Services at any time, including instances where there are alterations to the Services or the terms outlined in this contract. Should you choose to cancel during your agreed-upon plan, you may continue accessing your account for the remaining duration of your subscription plan, provided that you have fully paid for the Services and always adhere to these terms and conditions. On occasions where our tag is free and only postage is to be paid, we cannot refund you as postage is non-refundable.

Upon cancellation, you may not be eligible for a refund, and for further details, please refer to the "Refunds" section below.

Refunds

a. Refund policy for annual subscription plans

i. A 14-day cancellation period is available from the day of your purchase, with or without cause, for all annual subscription plans. A full refund will be provided if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchasing your annual subscription plan.

ii. This 14-day cancellation period and refund policy do not apply when signing up for our monthly subscription plan.

iii. If your yearly subscription plan auto-renews, and you cancel within the first 14 days of the new subscription period (as per clause ai), a full refund is applicable.

iv. Should you wish to cancel after this 30-day period following the renewal of your annual subscription plan, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

b. Refund policy for monthly subscription plans

i. A 14-day cancellation period is provided from the day of your purchase, with or without cause, for all monthly subscription plans. A full refund will be granted if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchasing your monthly subscription plan.

ii. If you opt to cancel after this 14-day period following the renewal of your monthly subscription plan, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

c. Cancelling your account and requesting a refund

i. Requesting a refund is straightforward if you are eligible under our refund policy. You can: 1. Contact us using the details provided at the beginning of these terms. 2. Contact us via support@wagtag.co.uk.

ii. Our right to terminate your use of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your use of or access to the Services if we believe that:

1. You are in breach of these terms and conditions.

2. Your continued use of the Services may damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks or otherwise harm or diminish our reputation.

3. Such termination may be immediate and without notice, but we will attempt to provide reasonable notice if possible. You may not be eligible for a refund of any amounts paid to us if we terminate your subscription plan in accordance with this term.

d. Effects of cancellation or termination

i. If we have canceled or terminated your subscription plan, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

ii. If you choose to cancel or terminate your subscription plan and are not eligible for a refund, you will retain access to the Services for the remaining duration of your subscription plan, subject to these terms and conditions.
